Under the patronage and guidance of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, the emirate is set to host the second edition of the Dubai AI Festival on April 23-24, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah, marking one of the world’s most prominent tech events.
A Key Part of Dubai AI Week
The festival is part of the inaugural Dubai AI Week, reinforcing Dubai’s commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the AI-driven digital economy. The event is organized by Dubai AI Campus, in partnership with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Office of the Minister of State for AI, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, to explore AI’s transformative impact across various sectors.
Record Participation and High-Level Discussions
The festival is expected to welcome over 8,000 AI experts and specialists, alongside 500 investors, 100 speakers, and 100 exhibitors from more than 100 countries. The event will feature 30+ roundtable discussions and workshops, fostering knowledge exchange on AI’s future and its applications across industries.
AI Driving Economic Transformation
The festival aligns with Dubai’s vision to position itself as a global hub for technological innovation. AI is projected to contribute $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030, with $320 billion in the Middle East alone.
In the UAE, the AI market is expected to grow to $33.46 billion by 2033, with machine learning expanding to $41.2 billion. Moreover, 80% of companies are anticipated to rely on AI for decision-making by 2026.
