The Capital Market Authority (CMA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced the issuance of licenses to A Aditum Capital and Tam Capital to operate in the financial services sector.

According to the CMA’s official website, Aditum Capital Company has been granted licenses to carry out investment management and fund operation activities, after meeting all the necessary conditions and requirements to commence operations

The CMA also stated that Tam Capital has been licensed to engage in investment management, fund operation, and arranging activities in the securities business, following its full compliance with the regulatory requirements.

About Aditum Capital

Founded in 2023, Aditum Capital is a single-shareholder closed joint-stock company headquartered in Saudi Arabia.

It has a paid-up capital of SAR 26.4 million and is licensed by the CMA to provide advisory services in securities exclusively to qualified and institutional clients.
