Saudi PetroApp Secures $50 Million Investment Led by Jadwa Investment

Saudi-based PetroApp, a digital fuel management platform, has successfully closed a new $50 million funding round. The round was led by Jadwa Investment through its flagship “Jadwa Diversified Private Equity Fund” in the GCC, with participation from venture capital firm Bunat Ventures.

Founded in 2018, PetroApp has positioned itself as an independent provider in Saudi Arabia’s fuel sector, offering integrated digital solutions aimed at reducing cash transactions, preventing fraud, and enhancing cost-efficiency in fleet management for both government entities and private companies.

The platform also offers value-added services such as car wash, oil change, tire and battery replacement — all through a seamless cashless system designed to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
