iSchool, the MENA-based edtech platform focused on AI and programming for students from kindergarten to grade 12, has announced the acquisition of SEEDS, the education technology arm of Egyptian-Saudi software company Algoriza.
This strategic move strengthens iSchool’s footprint in Saudi Arabia, giving the company immediate access to SEEDS’ operational base, educational partnerships, and a growing student network across the Kingdom. It also enables iSchool to scale one of its most impactful models—offering AI and coding programs for employees’ children as part of HR benefit packages.
