The Kingdom concluded its participation in the G20 YEA 2025 Summit, hosted in Johannesburg, South Africa, from September 18 to 22, with an official delegation led by the Saudi Sherpa and Vice Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Vision Association, Abdulaziz Al-Saif.
The Saudi Pavilion recorded a remarkable presence, attracting the attention of participating delegations, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers from across the globe. It also received wide interaction with national entities and programs showcased during the summit. The delegation continued delivering workshops and panel discussions that highlighted the Kingdom’s leading initiatives and programs supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, alongside the signing of several agreements and memoranda of understanding with international entities to foster cooperation and strategic partnerships.
Abdulaziz Al-Saif affirmed that the Kingdom’s participation reflects the wise leadership’s commitment to empowering Saudi youth and showcasing their success stories on the global stage. He noted that the strong engagement with the Saudi Pavilion and the agreements signed underscore the advanced position of the Kingdom’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and its role in building a diversified and sustainable economy.
The summit’s closing session witnessed the handover of the YEA presidency to the European Union, which will host the next summit in 2026, amid widespread praise for the organization and impactful outcomes achieved in this year’s edition.
