Saudi startup TabSense has raised $5 million in a funding round led by Jasoor Ventures, aimed at accelerating the development of its AI-powered smart management platform for restaurants and cafés.
With this investment, the company plans to expand its regional presence across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), strengthen its engineering and AI teams, and enhance its technological capabilities to meet the growing demand for intelligent management solutions in the hospitality sector.
Founded in 2024 by Mohammad Jaber, TabSense seeks to redefine Point-of-Sale (PoS) systems through a unique model called “AI Agent for PoS”—a digital co-pilot that manages daily operations, analyzes performance, and provides instant recommendations to improve efficiency.
Currently serving multi-branch restaurants, cafés, and brands in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, the platform delivers an advanced experience that combines real-time analytics with smart decision-making.
Unlike traditional PoS systems, TabSense can fully automate operational tasks—from menu organization and personalized offers to tracking customer behavior and analyzing data in real time.
The system helps reduce administrative costs and boost productivity without compromising service quality or customer experience—marking a significant step toward the future of smart hospitality in the region.
