The Lab Ventures has closed its second venture capital fund worth $33.8 million, dedicated to supporting digital transformation across markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.

The fund focuses on early-stage investments (Pre-Seed and Seed) in tech-driven startups operating in sectors such as real estate and construction, healthcare, and AI-powered professional services.

The fund aims to support startups that provide digital solutions for traditional industries that continue to face challenges in adopting digital transformation.
