Acquisition Details
Under the agreement, Zammit will leverage Zid’s advanced technologies and digital infrastructure to enhance its operations in Egypt. The company will also work on expanding its services to new markets across Africa in the coming phase.
As part of the deal, Zammit will oversee Zid’s operational activities in Egypt, including local sales, merchant onboarding, customer support, and implementation of regional expansion strategies.
