F6 Group has announced the launch of its new investment arm, F6 Ventures, in partnership with startup accelerator Flat6Labs, with a focus on funding and supporting startups in the Pre-Seed and Seed stages across the Middle East and Africa.
The new investment initiative aims to address the critical funding gaps that often hinder early-stage growth in emerging markets throughout the region.
Empowering Entrepreneurs
Through F6 Ventures, F6 Group seeks to position itself as a strategic investor committed to providing both capital and strategic guidance to ambitious entrepreneurs building innovative startups in high-potential yet challenging environments.
Currently, F6 Ventures manages six investment funds with over $90 million in assets under management (AUM).
These funds are deployed across multiple markets in the region, targeting fast-growing sectors such as fintech, digital health, education, and logistics.

The launch of F6 Ventures marks a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between F6 Group and Flat6Labs.
With Flat6Labs’ proven track record in accelerating startup growth through its programs across various Arab countries, the partnership gives F6 Ventures a competitive edge in identifying and engaging high-potential startups at an early stage.

F6 Ventures was co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy, a well-known investment expert in the region, and Ramez El-Serafy, the former CEO of Flat6Labs.
The investment team includes a diverse group of regional partners and investors with deep experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, including Eyad Albayouk, Ryaan Sharif, Rasha Manna, Walid Triki, and Christine Namara.
