The Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) platform has officially opened applications for its fifth edition, set to recognize the country’s most innovative and impactful entrepreneurs.
The awards aim to celebrate those who have played a pivotal role in driving economic growth and contributing to community development.
Submissions will be accepted between September 10 and 30, with the award ceremony scheduled to take place at the Grand Egyptian Museum on November 21.
Eligibility Criteria
EEA has outlined several requirements for companies wishing to apply:
- At least one of the founders must be Egyptian.
- The company must be legally registered and operating in Egypt.
- Eligible companies must have been in operation for no less than two years and no more than ten.
Finalists and past applicants are welcome to reapply, while previous winners may only apply if they have founded or joined a new company.
Each applicant may submit to only one award category and must provide all necessary documents to support their nomination.

This year’s fifth edition will feature 15 award categories, spanning diverse fields such as:

- Innovation in Content Creation
- Social Dining Concepts
- Cultural Innovation
- Innovation in Education
- Leadership in Fashion
- Fintech Innovation
- Interior Design Excellence
- Local Hero Award
- Innovation in Sustainability
- Young Future Leaders
- Smart Logistics Solutions
- Sports and Health Innovation
- Best Collaborative Duo in Innovation
- Rising Entrepreneur Award
Through these categories, EEA aims to foster diversity and innovation across Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, spotlighting creative ideas and ventures that contribute to the economy while improving citizens’ quality of life.
Officials’ Statements
Speaking at the launch, Amr Mansi, Founder and CEO of ievents and the driving force behind EEA, stated:
