DOO, an AI-powered customer experience platform, announced the closing of a $1.7 million funding round led by Merak Capital, with participation from Plus VC and several strategic investors from the region.

This localized approach has fueled rapid adoption among Gulf-based enterprises, as customer expectations shift towards speed, personalization, and seamless digital services.
