Ayan, a Saudi-based proptech platform, has announced the launch of its “102030” initiative, which aims to create 10,000 job opportunities within the next five years, as part of its participation in the Biban 2025 Conference and Exhibition held in Riyadh.
The initiative seeks to support the real estate sector and increase its contribution to job creation in Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 2019, Ayan provides technology-driven real estate solutions for individuals and businesses — most notably its property inspection service prior to purchase, which has become widely adopted and trusted by clients.
This success has enabled Ayan to expand into business and government sectors, offering over 50 real estate-related services that cater to various customer needs.
Eng. Ali Al-Mohsen, CEO of Ayan, stated that the platform empowers clients — both individuals and organizations — to make informed real estate decisions confidently, supported by comprehensive and user-friendly digital tools.
Meanwhile, Alanoud Al-Musradi, Director of the 102030 Initiative at Ayan, explained that the program was launched in response to the sector’s challenges, particularly its limited contribution to job creation. She added that Ayan plans to forge multiple partnerships with relevant authorities, with announcements expected soon. These partnerships will help implement regulatory procedures related to asset documentation, engineering supervision, project oversight, and mandatory insurance requirements for residential, commercial, and tourism properties.
