Riyadh to Host the Third Edition of Cityscape Global in November 2025

Riyadh is set to host the highly anticipated Cityscape Global 2025, the world’s largest real estate event, from November 17 to 20, 2025, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham. Held under the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” the event will spotlight Saudi Arabia’s transformative role in shaping the future of cities.

Organized by Tahaluf—a strategic partnership between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, the Events Investment Fund, and global events leader Informa—the exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the General Real Estate Authority, and the Vision 2030 Housing Program.

A Global Gathering Driving the Future of Real Estate

Cityscape Global 2025 is expected to attract over 172,000 visitors from across the globe. The event will serve as a vital hub connecting developers, investors, urban planners, architects, policymakers, and technology leaders. With participants from over 121 countries and $61 billion in real estate transactions recorded during the 2024 edition, the exhibition continues to affirm Saudi Arabia’s growing stature as a global real estate powerhouse.

This year’s edition will be the largest in Cityscape’s history, featuring:

HE Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, emphasized that the exhibition is a key driver in building global partnerships and promoting sustainable, people-centric urban development in line with national transformation efforts.

Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity and co-founder of Tahaluf, noted that the 2024 edition set new records and showcased the Kingdom’s leadership in the global real estate arena. He expressed confidence that the 2025 edition would further elevate Saudi Arabia’s role as a hub for innovation and investment.
