TensorWave, a U.S.-based AI infrastructure company, announced the successful closure of a $100 million funding round aimed at accelerating the scale-up of its AMD-powered data center operations.

The round was led by Magnetar Capital and AMD Ventures, with participation from Maverick Silicon, Nexus Venture Partners, and Prosperity7, the investment arm of Saudi Aramco. According to Crunchbase, this brings the company’s total funding to $146.7 million.

Founded in 2023 by Darek Horton, Jeff Tatarchuk, and Piotr Tomasik, TensorWave delivers high-efficiency cloud services for AI model training by leveraging AMD’s GPU technology. The company recently deployed a dedicated AI training cluster with 8,192 AMD Instinct MI325X units.

The newly raised capital will be used to expand infrastructure capacity, scale operations, and grow the team from 40 to more than 100 employees by the end of 2025. The company also expects its annual revenue to exceed $100 million by the end of next year—representing a 20x increase over 2024.
