Tech Universal Ventures, a UAE-based investment firm, announced the acquisition of FixSquad, a UAE mobile repair company, and ELVA11, a Swedish software and AI services firm. The move comes as part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint across the Gulf and global markets.
The acquisitions aim to build a network of companies delivering essential digital infrastructure and scalable smart services across consumer, enterprise, and education sectors.
FixSquad operates a hybrid model for mobile and electronics repair, serving both individuals and businesses across the GCC. The company is also launching a regional franchising framework to standardize services and grow its enterprise partnerships.
ELVA11, known for its strong engineering culture and high-performance software and AI capabilities, specializes in digital education services and scalable technology consulting.
